This Pentek Spanner Wrench makes changing water filters easy. It is ONLY to be used for twisting off water filter housing canisters. Simply use the wrench to loosen bottom of housing during cartridge replacement. Slide circular end over the housing until a snug fit is achieved and unscrew.
DO NOT use the wrench to tighten the bottom of the housing. Only hand-tighten the bottom of the housing onto the cap to prevent cracking. So purchase one today! Pentair is also known as Pentek.
