Privacy policy

Purplebear's Shop N Earn does not collect any of your private information except if you choose to give me your first name and email address in order to receive a reply back to any questions or comments you have given me. If you're concerned about any sites you visit from mine, you can read their individual privacy policies that are listed at their sites. Purplebear's Shop N Earn is not responsible for the privacy policies or any content of any of those sites.

Most likely you'll find while you are online some sites you visit do collect cookies. To any of you who are a little bit new to being on the internet....nope this cookie is not the chocolate chip variety. I'm definitely not a computer expert, but my understanding is that a cookie is just a very small text file that is placed in browsers to keep track of visits to a site. This way a site can remember things the next time you visit...like your password or other bits of information. You may have been at a site and told them you loved chocolate. The next time you visit they'll recognize you and maybe provide some chocolate recipes or have something on sale and let you know about it. I guess if they didn't use them it would be very time consuming every time a person visited and they had to try to remember you. If you are concerned about cookies you can inquire about them at any of the sites and I'm sure they would give you a more detailed description of how they use cookies.

If you decide to ask me a question, email me to tell me you like my site or any other comments you'd like to give me, I will only use your email to reply back to you (to tell you how nice that was of you to say such nice things about my site) or try my best to answer any questions you may have. I will not abuse your trust in giving me your email by sending you any SPAM or giving your email or anything else you have told me to anybody else. SPAM? Any of you who are new online are wondering to yourself...is this the same spam that comes in a can? Nope..my simple explanation is:  when somebody sends you email that you haven't requested or don't know who they are...that would be SPAM and I definitely will not do that. I want you to enjoy coming to my site and to think of it as a nice place to visit so I'm not about to do anything to make you mad and not come back again. I receive a lot of spam myself and realize how annoying it is.

I guess this is about all I have to say. If you have any concerns at all about your privacy when visiting any sites from here, sites will usually have their privacy policies explained somewhere on their site or you can email them from their sites. I'm sure they'd be happy to explain it to you. If you don't see something you're looking for at a site, usually a site will have a site map that you can visit to find things. If for some reason you can't find any of that at any site, you should really think twice about that site. Any site online should make their policies available to their visitors.

It sounds like gibberish, but it's standard talk for websites to contain this on their web sites, so I am including it too. I've worded it pretty simply for everybody to be able to understand.
