Early Curled Siberian Kale is an extremely hardy and vigorous variety with blue-green, ruffled, tender leaves.Kale is best grown as a spring, fall, or winter crop, as cool temperatures and light frosts enhance the flavor. Direct sow seeds in rich garden loam 1-2 weeks before last frost in spring and 10 weeks before the first frost in fall. Alternatively, start seeds indoors 4 weeks before planting in the garden.
